Avis Budget Group in Miami, FL is hiring for an outdoor, customer-focused role at our airport locations. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, check vehicles, and enter data into a handheld device while staying active outside.

No two days are the same as you welcome loyalty and walk-up customers, provide friendly service, handle transactions, and help ensure a smooth, efficient experience. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be ready to work all shifts.

What You’ll Do

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on‑site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus
