Avis Budget Group at Grand Rapids airport locations is hiring a customer-focused rental service agent. You will check vehicles, process rentals, assist customers at exit gates, and check in vehicles at return to ensure a smooth, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License

• Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
