Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an office professional to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support for management and staff. The role includes answering inbound calls, preparing documents, and engaging with client accounts to resolve issues with accuracy and courtesy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work in a team-oriented, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an office environment.
• Experience in the waste industry is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus; read, write and converse.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Act as liaison for clients and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies; support management and staff.
• Assist on special projects as assigned.
