Job summary

AAA Central Penn in Camp Hill, PA is hiring a Full Time Customer Service Representative to welcome members and handle memberships, renewals, and service transactions at the Camp Hill branch. You will support membership sales and daily operations with warmth and professionalism.

As a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months, you will also guide members to travel and insurance services while maintaining AAA’s high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required/preferred.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.

Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Process maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
• Guide members toward travel and insurance agents.
• Perform PennDOT title and license transactions and take passport photos.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face in our Camp Hill branch. Daily responsibilities include:

• Supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Processing maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
• Guiding members toward our travel and insurance agents.
• Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you with the required steps).
• Performing PennDOT title and license transactions.
• Taking passport photos and handling International Driver’s Permits.
• Referring members to additional AAA services and products.
• Maintaining our high service standards.
• Greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
• Strong communication skills across in‑person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
