• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate status and assist in problem resolution.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
• Work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Handle other duties assigned by management.
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Quiet workspace with little to no background noise.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong self-motivation and self-direction; ability to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• Team player attitude: open to feedback, direction, and correction.
