Customer Service Representative - Flooring Services of Texas

SUMMARY: We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is a fast-learning team player. The ideal candidate will manage customer communications, create support tickets, and bridge communication between customers, field supervisors, and internal teams.

  • Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and field supervisor mobile application
  • Create, track, and maintain accurate customer support tickets with comprehensive documentation
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between field supervisors, builders, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Provide timely and professional customer updates, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet and exceed company customer service standards

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities, both written and verbal
