Invitation Homes in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, resident service, and maintenance coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor dashboards, manage daily schedules, address resident concerns, review work orders, and coordinate utilities and evictions with internal teams to ensure timely actions and accurate documentation. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure efficient response times to all work requests and communications.
• Manage the Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent daily schedules and assignments for optimum efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance related resident concerns and collaborate with internal teams for corrective action.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits, verifying scope and pricing.
• Assist in coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation.
• Manage eviction schedules and property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and removal of personal property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Role on the Team

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Field Services at Invitation Homes you are responsible for providing administrative support, customer service and maintenance solutions to residents and other partners in a fast-paced environment. This position includes but is not limited to the following activities:

• Monitoring maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure efficient response times to all work requests and communications
• Managing the Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent daily schedules & assignments to ensure optimum efficiency
• Serving as first point of contact for maintenance related resident concerns and collaborating with internal teams to ensure appropriate corrective action
• Reviewing and approving/declining work order proposals, within approval limit, verifying proper scope, documentation, and pricing
• Assisting in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure utilities are activated in a timely manner
• Managing and facilitating eviction schedules and personal property holds; coordinating eviction clean-outs and/or personal property removal
• Performing other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes

• High school Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions
• Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $19.69 - $34.13, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
