Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Services
  • Update conversion requests and provide shipment status to members while ensuring accurate documentation
  • Facilitate the transition of medications to home delivery and advocate for member patients with physicians
  • Resolve questions and issues that may prevent order shipments and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Uphold quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or call center settings
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
