Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or call center preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and remain calm with difficult callers
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and/or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare-related call center environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and home delivery processes
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
