Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies about Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS)
  • Facilitate the transition of requested medications to home delivery and advocate for members by obtaining prescriptions
  • Ensure accurate documentation is entered into systems to maintain quality and compliance
  • Use active listening skills to address member concerns regarding medication coverage or costs
  • Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or call center preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends
