What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding Pharmacy Benefit Services
- Facilitate the transition of requested medications to home delivery and advocate for members by obtaining prescriptions
- Ensure accurate documentation for all contacts to maintain quality and compliance
- Utilize active listening skills to address member concerns about medication coverage or costs
- Uphold quality and productivity standards while meeting call center metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or call center preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends
