Classic Drycleaners is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process orders, and handle payments with accuracy.

You will maintain customer records, educate on services, and support the team in a fast-paced laundromat environment. This role requires communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent service to customers by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and via phone
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively with direction
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Educate customers on company services, pricing, and policies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed and assigned
• Store opening and closing responsibilities based on shift requirements
• Wash and fold laundry duties and laundromat assistance (applicable based on location)
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
