Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers in St. Louis, MO.

You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support to ensure total satisfaction. In this role you will handle calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing, and credit and claims, while actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in customer service preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders and assist with pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims.
