Job summary

Cafaro is seeking part-time Customer Service Clerks for Eastwood Mall in Ohio. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, keeping the Guest Services area organized, and assisting with the Gift Card program and mall initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. The role requires 18+ years of age and flexibility to cover various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with general mathematical aptitude and computer literacy in relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software (CardSpot).
• Proficient in operating credit card and check authorization terminals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
• Articulate, outgoing, and able to maintain a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance at all times.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
