What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries with energy, empathy, and accuracy
Book calls efficiently with goal of 85%+ conversion rate
Use scripts, confidence framing, and listening skills to guide homeowners toward next steps
Assign the right technician to the right call based on skill, system age, and opportunity
Monitor capacity and assist with schedule optimization in real time
Provide updates to homeowners and technicians during live calls
Log all activity accurately into ServiceTitan
Support techs, comfort advisors, and managers with communication flow
Help maintain a clean, calm, and coachable contact center

What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in a high-volume CSR, call center, or dispatch role
Strong listening skills, positive energy, and professional phone voice
Ability to stay calm, focused, and proactive under pressure
Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters
Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software a plus
Understanding of call booking conversion, dispatch logic, or performance KPIs a big plus
Excellent written/spoken communication
A growth mindset and willingness to learn new scripts and systems
