Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to increase business
  • Complete work orders, manage customer calls, respond to complaints
  • Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
  • Assist with scheduling and routing of service professionals
  • Enter expenses into accounting software
Job Requirements
  • Computer literacy with experience in business software and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Prior sales experience is a plus

Additional Information

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
