  • Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
  • Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
  • Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
Qualifications
  • Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
  • Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
