Job Summary:

  • The CSR/Dispatcher supports daily operations by scheduling with customers and dispatching technicians. The role requires critical thinking to assign the best technician for each call. Must multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive during slow periods. Responsibilities include coordinating parts orders with the shop manager, rescheduling jobs upon part arrival, and communicating with other trades, social media posting, scheduling 1:1s with managers, and reporting on business metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule with customers.
  • Dispatch service calls efficiently without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the dispatch board to maximize productivity and revenue.
  • Notify clients promptly if technicians will be late and reschedule at their convenience.
  • Ensure technicians arrive on time.
  • Debrief technicians post-job and collect payments immediately after service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate parts orders and rescheduling with the shop manager.
  • Adhere to company ethics, rules, and philosophy.
  • Candidate must be able to work in the office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Dispatching experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Critical thinker with strong English skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and email knowledge.

Benefits – After 90 days
