Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas, and satellite clinics in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payors
  • Successful work experience in a front office setting or clerical position
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
  • BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
