Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Connecticut

Job Summary

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with issues and concerns during product or service use
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting
  • Maintain and update customer information as needed
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Customer-oriented attitude
Work Environment
  • Use of phone and computer systems regularly
  • Your Work At Home environment must be private and located at your listed address
  • Company provides necessary equipment, possibly including a webcam
  • Require a broadband Internet connection (DSL or Cable only; no Satellite, Dial-up, or Wireless)
  • Minimum internet speeds: 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, with proof of speed
