Your next career opportunity awaits!In this role, you will serve as a CSR for the Customer Care Center of PennDOT's Driver and Vehicle services. Your primary responsibility will be to address a diverse range of inquiries related to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), the Bureau of Driver Licensing (BDL), the Bureau of REAL ID (BRI), and other relevant areas within PennDOT. It is essential to uphold a positive image of the organization while providing comprehensive, accurate, and courteous information to the public. Your duties will involve processing and clarifying complex information across various functions, utilizing available reference materials and systems. This position requires the exercise of independent judgment and decision-making regarding the appropriate procedures to follow, the confidentiality of the information handled, and the necessary actions in accordance with established policies, laws, and regulations. CSRs must demonstrate discretion and sound judgment when sharing information, as it may be prone to misinterpretation or misuse.
