Job summary

Computershare in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative to support shareholders via inbound calls and deliver accurate information with care. The role is based at the Yarra Falls office a minimum of three days a week with flexibility to work from home for parts of the week.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you’ll help customers navigate financial and administrative enquiries, contributing to a collaborative culture and a strong focus on customer experiences.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of investor and client enquiries received through inbound calls from shareholders and other stakeholders. You'll provide timely, accurate, and professional support across a diverse range of companies, helping customers with their queries and ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

As the voice of Computershare, you'll demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with your colleagues in a collaborative team environment while following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality customer experience.
