Job summary

Metro Express Car Wash in Spokane Valley is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, guide cars into the wash tunnel, and help deliver a positive, feel-good experience every day.

You will explain wash options and memberships, earn commissions on sales, keep the site clean and welcoming, and follow safety procedures. Flexible to work evenings and weekends; full- or part-time shifts available; must enjoy active, outdoors work.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to talk with customers and make recommendations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
