Uline, located in Kenosha, WI, seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver legendary service. The role offers hourly pay from $26 to $30 with significant growth potential and is based at the Kenosha Branch with 24/7 on-site shifts.

You will process orders, answer product, pricing and shipping questions, build strong customer relationships via phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate Uline's online ordering system.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
