Job summary

Finance Factors, a family‑owned Hawai‘i lender with over 70 years in the community, is hiring entry‑level bank staff for O‘ahu branches. You’ll help customers with everyday financial needs, learn in a supportive training program, and grow your career in a friendly team environment.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with quarterly bonuses for strong performance. No banking experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Hours are Monday–Thursday 8:30–4:30 and Friday 8:30–5:30, in‑person at our O‘ahu locations.
