Job summary

America's Auto Auction (New Jersey) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support dealers, buyers, and auction customers with inquiries, documents, and routine issues. You will ensure accurate records, smooth communication, and coordinated operations across Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams.

The role requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and reliable multitasking, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Provides accurate information regarding auction procedures, policies, and requirements.
• Coordinates with Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams to resolve routine issues.
• Handles inbound calls, emails, and in-person service requests professionally.
• Maintains accurate customer records and updates internal systems accordingly.
• Verifies documentation for completeness and compliance with company standards.
• Supports sale-day customer service activities and dealer check-in processes.
• Escalates complex issues to supervisors or management as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
