Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a dedicated customer service representative to educate patients on products and services, resolve concerns, and place supply orders in a high-volume call center.

You will handle orders, communicate with patients and referrals, and work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required; call center preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to navigate multiple platforms.
• Must learn our brand products and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge to service patients.

Summary

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Core Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifying Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience
