Responsibilities
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
- Update accounts with new information received from clients
- Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
- Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge while initiating required actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service and Account Management experience
- 2+ years experience with collateral repossession preferred
- Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Collections/Credit experience would be beneficial
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organization skills
