The Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant for our EPI brand contributes to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations. This position receives and processes to completion customer inquiries, orders, and concerns. Incumbents in this position must have the ability to blend excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization to achieve success. Additionally, this position contributes to the success of the company by supporting activities engaged in material flow, job creation, labor hours tracking, and other operations functions.

  • Shift 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy.
  • Address shipment and delivery inquiries.
  • Follow up as appropriate with internal support teams and customer.
  • Maintain excellent records.
  • Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes.
  • Coordinate special project tasks.
  • Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers.
  • Update schedule status of details and assemblies as they move through the manufacturing process.
  • Speak with customers to determine needs and requirements.
  • Monitor Job closure for accuracy and targets.
  • Create, update, and process data in Syteline ERP System.
  • Manage and update due dates in Syteline ERP System.

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience, ideally in administrative support roles in manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 1 year or more experience in sales &/or customer service
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must maintain a positive attitude
  • Experience using ERP systems for order entry.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Manufacturing control software experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (metric and English), using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
