A leading specialty chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support internal staff and customers. The role involves processing orders, responding to inquiries, and generating invoices while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and some customer service experience, with knowledge of Sage CRM being a significant advantage.

The Customer Service Representative greets visitors, answers phones, and supports internal staff and customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and forwarding issues to the correct department. This role is our front-line support for customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
The hourly rate depends on experience and ranges from $18.00 to $23.00; it is negotiable. Knowledge of Sage CRM is a HUGE PLUS.
