We are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! Immediate hire. Flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time hours available.

Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks
• Sudden changes in temperature (in-store from 36°F to 90°F+)
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust
• Compact work areas including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools (oven up to 500°F), sharp edges, moving mechanical parts

Physical Duties & Requirements

• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacked onto shelves up to 72" high
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance
• Forward bending at pizza assembly station, front counter, stocking shelves (30–45s continuously)
• Reaching: Continuously; above 72", down, forward
• Hand tasks: Eye‑hand coordination, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, assembling boxes; frequent and forceful pinching
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone, depth perception, near/mid‑range vision, ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces, far and night vision for driving
