Job summary

IGP Pulvertechnik AG is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its North American team in Inman, SC. You will act as the main contact for customers and account managers, handling orders from entry through production, shipping, and invoicing.

You’ll collaborate with production planning, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment, monitor order progress, and prepare documentation such as quotations and shipping papers.

To strengthen our Customer Service Team in Inman SC, North America, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

What You’ll Do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and account managers
• Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
• Process and manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle (from initial order entry through production, shipping, and invoicing)
• Coordinate with production planning, laboratory, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates on order status, when required.
• Prepare and maintain order-related documentation, including: quotations, order confirmations, shipping documents & invoices
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer master data and contact information.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating matters when appropriate.
• Generate and distribute daily sales reports.
