CSR Role:We’re looking for two temporary Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support appointment scheduling and customer communications over an 8–12-week assignment. Looking for friendly individuals with great phone etiquette, basic computer skills, and an ability to follow straightforward processes.Candidate will be responsible for:- Outbound & Inbound Calls:
- Contacting individuals to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
- Answer incoming calls for changes or general questions.
- Use our web-based appointment scheduling tool to book, move, or cancel meetings and appointments.
- Track no-shows and follow up as needed.
- Log each call outcome into the appointment system.
- Add brief notes when exceptions arise.
- Monitor internal notes and escalate any issues beyond scope.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidate should have the following background:- Recent graduate (4 year or 2 year degree) OR at least 1 year of Customer Service / Appointment Setting experience.
- Clear, professional voice; comfortable handling high-volume calling.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and web-based applications.
- Be detail-oriented: Accurate, concise documentation without overthinking.
- Dependable: Reliable attendance, prompt follow-up, and adherence to call scripts.
- Positive Attitude: Patient, empathetic, and ready to escalate complex inquiries.
- Available to work M-F on site from 8-4 or 9-5.
