Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Wisconsin. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist customers with website questions and order placement, and process website-related tasks to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes responsive communication, problem solving, and the ability to work independently while supporting loss prevention and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 yrs of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook & Excel
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders
• Assist customer with returns
• Process corrections for the website
• Product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
