Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an alarm monitoring specialist to watch residential and small business alarms and dispatch authorities as needed. You will interact with customers, troubleshoot issues, and uphold ADT-like service standards while advancing toward hybrid work after training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to obtain multi-state licenses. A reliable home setup with fast internet and Ethernet is required.
