Job summary

FASTSIGNS #301301 is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wisconsin. You would be the first point of contact for customers, help prepare estimates and manage work orders to ensure on-time delivery of finished jobs.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and play a key role in turning prospects into long-term clients, with ongoing training and opportunities for growth within the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
