Job summary

Caliber Collision Wakefield is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service in a fast-paced center. You will manage daily interactions with internal and external clients and support a smooth workflow.

You will monitor work volume, coordinate Rental Car providers, and apply insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels to ensure a one-stop service experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including MS Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Wakefield JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
