Job summary

Caliber Collision in Dickson City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating rental car arrangements and assisting with load level planning. The role requires the ability to navigate multiple software systems and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume scheduled for the center and request load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service for all customers.
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.

REQUIREMENTS
