Job summary

TEKsystems in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own customer inquiries and deliver thorough resolutions to store managers, distributors, customers, and store owners. You will leverage CRM tools to research issues and coordinate with the appropriate resources to ensure the best possible customer experience.

The role involves triaging inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting sales and back-end operations, with a focus on meeting service level

Qualifications

• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and stay organized.
• Prior experience working with a team, as well as the ability to work solo with minimal assistance after training.
• Experience in Salesforce, Team, and Workday a plus.

• Adhere to all established service level expectations and performance standards.
• Provide critical feedback to Customer Service leadership regarding trends, exceptions, or other unusual experiences.

As a Customer Service Representative, you bring value to the organization with your ability to handle virtually any customer related situation. The Customer Service Representative takes ownership of every customer inquiry - whether from a Store Manager, Distributor, Customer, or Store Owner - to deliver complete and thorough resolution or enlist the appropriate resources to that same end, ultimately delivering the best possible customer experience.

Job Type & location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA.

Pay and benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
