We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting one of our valued healthcare clients. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support — addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, scheduling appointments, and providing helpful information about healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required.
  • Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information.
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
  • Help customers place orders, manage returns, and handle billing issues.
  • Escalate complicated issues to a supervisor if needed.
  • Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved.
  • Document customer interactions in the system.
  • Work with your team to ensure consistent customer support.
  • Accomplishing related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST; weekends off)
  • Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively work from home
  • Personal computer or laptop (minimum specs: Intel i3 processor, 4 GB RAM)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum: 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
