Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Multi-task on phone while accessing computers and multiple computer systems (including hardware/software) to retrieve information, and access/enter data into database or client management system.
2. Process Information: Obtain and verify information or data from selected client's knowledge database.
3. First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call.
4. Document Information: Enter, record and maintain customer information.
5. Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Requirements: Exercise tact and good judgment when resolving customer issues.
6. Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions.
7. Retain information quickly and adapt to changing environment.

Starting hourly rate of $9.00-$16.00 per hour.
