What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from healthcare professionals and clients
  • Assist with inquiries related to assignments, pay, benefits, and travel logistics
  • Provide timely and accurate information, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with recruiters and internal departments to resolve customer concerns
