Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

• Hourly Rate: 14-16HR
• Location: REMOTE - Must work EST Hours
• Duration: 3 month contract + extension to hire

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST --- must be flexible with occasional weekend work
• Monday-Friday from 10AM-7PM EST ---must be flexible with occasional weekend work

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking qualified candidates for one of our client's Real Estate Coordinator role, a customer service position providing guidance and support to participants of our key real estate reward programs. In this role you will aid home buyers and sellers throughout their move journey, from the initial program enrollment all the way through closing. This position is 100% remote from any location in the United States - working EST hours.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2-3 years customer service experience (retail, financial, call center)

High school diploma required

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

Strong attention to detail

Planning and organization skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
