Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role is to provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders. You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs.
This is an entry-level position in our contact center, offering excellent career pathways into our organization, including additional skill-building opportunities. With a detailed road map for learning and managers trained to coach and guide your career development, you will be equipped with the right tools to build a long-lasting and evolving professional career.
This role will have a 100% remote work arrangement.
Compensation: Base salary is $23 per hour with opportunities for growth. The annualized base pay range is $42,560 - $63,840, based on market analysis and individual performance.
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST (First 4 weeks mandatory attendance).
Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
Note: The role is open to bilingual candidates, with Spanish being a plus. The start date is June 16, 2025.
