Customer Service Representative Needed!


Tele-Sales & Customer Service Representative would be a great title!

Our client is a 30 year old supplier of environmental products for the hospitality industry, and were hiring someone who loves talking to people around the USA, solving problems, and driving results!



  • Pay: $18$20 per hour (DOE)

  • Bonuses: Quarterly BONUSES based on performance (KPI-driven)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

  • Job Type: Temp to Hire


Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:

This role combines tele-sales outreach with top-tier customer service(link removed) Youll handle inbound inquiries, support order fulfillment, and proactively reach out to prospects and existing customers to promote products, set appointments, and contribute to growth.


Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up consistently

  • Answer customer questions via phone and email

  • Process orders and provide accurate shipping updates

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records

  • Support account setup and product education

  • Help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell


What Were Looking For:


  • 2+ years experience in tele-sales, customer service, or inside sales

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask and manage follow-ups
