Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative is a proactive multi-tasker with a strong customer service focus who enjoys supporting the smooth back-office operations of the business. If you like having your finger in a lot of pies to make sure our customers are getting excellent service, this is the role for you! Our Customer Service team is renowned for its dedication, understanding of our business and software systems, and ability to problem solve. The successful candidate collaborates well with external and internal business partners. They maintain strong and positive customer relationships and demonstrate a can-do attitude!

Our products are portable washroom facilities, washroom trailers, septic holding tanks, roll-off waste containers and various add-on items. So yeah, probably not what you’ve supported before.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to a wide range of customer inquiries, requests and special instructions.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns via telephone and/or email, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate, detailed customer records and document all communications and account activity within the company CRM/system
• Educate customers on product offerings and services.
• Develop and build customer relationships while maintaining a high standard of customer service to the region/area.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service roles; post-secondary education in related field considered an asset.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take customer orders by phone accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to handle high volume customer calls, inquiries and issue resolution professionally.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Works well with others, as well as the ability to use sound independent judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Job Type: Temporary-to-permanent

Work Location: Fully Onsite

Pay:$14 - $16 per hour
