About the Job:

Seeking qualified candidates for our open Customer Service Representative position in our Pasadena, TX distribution facility.

The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience and preferably be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Entering customer orders for auto glass parts and processing customer returns.
• Processing daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Interacting positively with other Mygrant Glass employees.
• Assisting with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interacting with customers via telephone and in-person providing information and assistance.

Qualifications:

• Friendly voice with superior telephone and people skills.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Excellent at resolving customer conflict.
• Exhibit patience and attentiveness.

Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
