Kennedys · United States (Remote)

Employment type: Part-time · Remote

About Kennedys

At Kennedys, we believe that great service starts with great people. We are an international law firm known for our innovative approach to legal services and our commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. With offices in major cities around the world, we combine local knowledge with global expertise to deliver outstanding results.

We’re currently expanding our U.S. operations and looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing support team. This is a part-time, fully remote position, ideal for someone who values flexibility, clear communication, and meaningful work in a professional yet supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Kennedys, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, helping to ensure that every interaction reflects the firm’s professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You’ll handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone; assist with service requests; and provide accurate information about ongoing matters, scheduling, or general firm updates.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a team that values continuous learning, open communication, and respect for work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Provide accurate information and updates regarding services, billing, and appointments.
  • Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone while resolving client concerns and escalating issues when needed.
  • Record and update client interactions in the firm’s CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and team performance.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and enjoys helping others. You don’t need to have a legal background—training will be provided—but you should be confident communicating in a professional environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a client-facing role (legal, healthcare, finance, or corporate settings preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual collaboration tools such as Teams or Zoom.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
  • A friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Work Schedule & Environment
  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling available.
  • Remote: Work from home with reliable internet access.
  • Hours: Core hours are between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, but flexibility is offered to accommodate different time zones.

Kennedys is proud to foster a culture that promotes balance, collaboration, and inclusion. Whether you’re looking to supplement your income, transition careers, or build a foundation in a respected global organization, this role provides valuable professional experience and growth opportunities.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
  • Paid training and ongoing support.
  • Opportunities to expand your skills within a leading international firm.
  • A collaborative remote culture built on trust, respect, and diversity.
  • Access to wellness resources, team meetups, and virtual community events.

Kennedys is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
