Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and serve as the primary communications link for Masters Gallery accounts from order placement through invoicing.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in customer service, strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. This role offers a supportive team environment in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience recommended.
• Two to four years of experience in customer service or account management preferred.
• Excellent analytical, accuracy, and attention to detail skills to create and maintain processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP system and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Atrium, and DocStar.
• Knowledge of the products, customers, and markets plus excellent critical thinking skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers.
• Must be able to multitask and manage job priorities with numerous interruptions.
• Requires an extremely high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities and remain composed under pressure while coordinating with internal teams.

Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced professional who is a problem solver, is able to manage priorities, work under pressure, and has excellent interpersonal skills? If so, Masters Gallery Foods is looking for someone just like you to join our team as Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing the best customer service, while being a core communication representative for Masters Gallery accounts from the time the order is placed until the invoice is paid in full.

What You Can Offer
