Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas, including performing janitorial duties and operating cleaning equipment.

Shifts are Monday–Friday from 5am to 2pm, paying $18.70–$19.70 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, a safety‑driven environment, and a team focus on professional service.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license; completed safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
